Precautions for Installing Saw Blades Before Use

1. Before use, you must carefully read the operation manual of the cutting machine and the instructions on the packaging cover.

2. Select the type of saw blade according to the material to be cut, and check if the saw blade has cracks, distortion, missing teeth. Do not use if the saw blade is damaged.

3. When using, make sure to install the protective cover of the saw blade housing and wear a mask or protective glasses.

4. Before installing the saw blade, check if the main shaft of the cutting machine is vibrating. Install the saw blade using a flange and nut to secure it tightly. After installation, make sure that the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the base flange. If there is a gasket, make sure to insert it properly and then gently push the saw blade to confirm if it is rotating eccentrically or shaking.

5. After installing the alloy saw blade, pre-rotate for one minute before starting the operation. The machine can only be used for cutting when it enters the working state.

6. During non-automatic cutting operations, gently insert the running saw blade into the material, do not forcefully push or push hard. Do not reverse the saw blade, do not suddenly stop the saw blade in the middle of the material being cut. Otherwise, it may cause the saw teeth to fall off, the saw body to deform, and lead to danger.

7. If you hear abnormal sounds, see abnormal shaking or abnormal cutting surfaces, stop the operation and find the cause of the abnormality. Replace the saw blade in time.

8. After cutting, promptly apply anti-rust oil to prevent the saw blade from rusting due to long-term non-use.

9. Hang the saw blade vertically on a dry tool rack, avoiding damp areas. Do not place the saw blade flat on the ground. Otherwise, it may cause the saw blade to deform. Do not stack multiple saw blades directly. They must be packaged with intervals to avoid saw teeth collision. Handle with care.

10. If the saw blade is not sharp, re-grind the saw teeth. Failure to do so in time may damage the original angle of the saw teeth, affect the cutting accuracy, and shorten the service life of the saw blade.

How does Diamond Core Drill Bits Work?

You use diamond core drill bits to cut through hard materials like concrete and stone. The bit spins in a circle. The diamond segments on the rim grind into the material. This creates a round hole and leaves the center part untouched. You get less dust and heat than with regular drill bits. This makes your work cleaner and safer. The speed at which you use diamond core drill bits matters. You need to match the size of the bit

How to Choose the Appropriate Drill Bit?

1. Types of diamond core bits You can choose between wet and dry core drill bits for your project. Wet core drill bits use water to cool the bit and reduce dust. This method works best for heavy-duty jobs, like drilling through reinforced concrete or deep holes. Water helps the bit last longer and keeps your workspace safer. Dry core drill bits do not need water. You use them in places where water could cause problems, such as finished rooms
